Frequently Asked Questions

Here you’ll find answers to the most common questions about our optimization process, safety, and results.

1. What if I don’t notice any improvement - do I get a refund?

Yes. If you don’t feel a difference after the optimization, we offer a full refund within 7 days. To issue a refund, we will first restore your system to its pre-optimization state using the restore point created during the session.

2. Can I revert everything?

Yes. We’ll create a system restore point at the beginning of the session. Using it restores your PC to the exact state it was in before any changes were made.

3. My PC is already optimized. What makes your optimization different?

Many gamers think their PC is optimized because they followed widely shared advice. In reality, those optimizations usually focus on obvious, surface-level changes. True responsiveness comes from how hundreds of low-level settings work together across the system. Small differences in how those settings are aligned can lead to very different real-world results, and most setups never reach the point where your inputs feel instant and hit registration feels immediate.
Our optimization is built around a single goal: minimizing the delay between your actions and what happens on your screen. That’s why the result feels fundamentally different – not just smoother, but faster and more precise in a way that’s immediately noticeable. Even if you believe your PC is optimized, chances are you’ve never experienced this level of responsiveness before.

4. Why pay you when I can just follow YouTube guides?

Many YouTube guides contain outdated, misleading, or overly generic advice that can do more harm than good, or result in no meaningful improvement. Our exact configurations are not found on YouTube and are based on our deep expertise and extensive testing rather than generic advice. We do encourage learning about your PC and experimenting on your own, but our results are guaranteed. By purchasing our service, you save years of your time and get proven, top-tier results.

5. I have a high-end PC and 300+ FPS - will I still feel a difference?

Yes. High-end PCs have the power for impressive FPS, but input latency and network delay are completely separate from raw FPS. If anything, a top-tier PC benefits the most when high FPS meets minimal overall latency.

6. My game isn’t lagging and already feels good - what’s the benefit?

Even if your game isn’t lagging, stuttering, or dropping frames, that isn’t the main point of our optimization.
Over time, your brain adapts to small amounts of delay and inconsistency in games. You don’t fully realize how much delay you’re compensating for until it’s removed. Once it is, the difference becomes immediately obvious. Aiming, tracking, and reacting feel significantly easier and more natural, and the entire experience becomes more enjoyable.
By drastically reducing input and network delay, your actions reach the game server faster. This means hit markers appear with little to no delay, shots register more consistently, and kills happen noticeably faster. With default system and network settings, there are common situations where shots appear to hit but fail to register, especially during heavy movement like sliding, jumping, or dropping from height. These moments often result in lost gunfights and frustration.
With our optimization, these situations are virtually non-existent. Hit registration becomes more consistent, gunfights feel fairer, and your actions translate more directly into on-screen results.

7. I want to boost FPS - why should I care about latency?

Our optimization usually increases FPS, but large FPS gains mainly come from hardware upgrades or pushing existing hardware through aggressive overclocking, which requires proper cooling and carries additional risk.
Our focus is on responsiveness, because that is what determines how a game actually feels. You don’t play games with your eyes alone; you play with your hands. Reducing input and network latency improves how quickly your actions are reflected in the game, without needing new hardware or risky overclocks.
High FPS is important for visual smoothness, but responsiveness is what defines control and precision. Think of it like driving a car. Increasing FPS is similar to having a higher top speed on a straight road. But gaming is not like a straight road. It’s a complex track that requires constant precision, timing, and control.
On a technical track, top speed matters far less than handling. Better steering, braking, and responsiveness allow you to drive faster and more accurately through corners. In the same way, lower latency and faster response times make you more precise, consistent, and effective in-game. A higher top speed alone doesn’t make someone a better driver, just as high FPS alone doesn’t make someone a better player. Better control does.

8. What payment methods are accepted?

We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

9. Can I watch the entire session myself?

Yes. You can watch the entire session, and we recommend doing so in case of any disconnects.

10. How long does the session take and when will you contact me after purchase?

The session typically lasts 1-3 hours depending on the selected service. We’ll contact you via email or Discord within 24 hours of purchase, then pick a time that works best for you and get your system optimized.

11. Is this safe? Will you see my personal files?

It’s completely safe. The connection is end-to-end encrypted, and you are always in control. You must explicitly approve the session, and you can see everything happening on your screen in real time. At any moment, you can revoke permissions, move your mouse to take control back, or instantly end the session. We do not access personal files, accounts, or anything unrelated to the optimization. The connection exists only for the duration of the session and is fully terminated once we’re done.

12. How permanent are the results? Will a Windows update break it?

Most of the changes are permanent. Your PC will never lose all of the improvements, unless you reset it to factory defaults. If you update your GPU drivers on your own, our GPU-specific optimization will be lost. Some major Windows updates may also revert certain settings. This is unavoidable with any optimization service, as Windows updates are required to keep your system safe and up to date. We do offer a discount for returning customers.

13. What do you mean returning customers get a 20–50% discount?

Returning customers are eligible for a loyalty discount on the same service they previously purchased. The first return receives a 20% discount, with each subsequent return increasing the discount by 5% up to a maximum of 50%. This ensures you can keep your PC fully optimized without paying full price again. Please note that add-ons are excluded.

14. Will this get me banned?

No. There is zero risk of getting banned. We don’t use cheats, exploits, or any kernel-level software.
